Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
(“Book” constitutes the drawing book plus the Starter Drawing pad.)
You may return, or exchange, a book within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with one of our books we will issue a refund after we have received the return, and If a book has been damaged in shipping we will exchange the book for a new one after receiving the return. provided the book was not used (it cannot be drawn or written in) and in the same condition in which it arrived.
Note: The Starter Drawing pad was made to pull apart easily so the pages don’t tear, enabling kids and caretakers to remove a page for use and hang up for display without damaging the page. It is possible that your Starter Drawing pad may arrive separated, or may easily separate upon handling.
We do not refund digital products.

Shipping
We ship our books USPS Media Mail, which keeps the shipping cost low for our customers. According to USPS, media mail takes 3 – 8 business days. We do not offer faster shipping at this time, but if we get a request for this service, we will add it in future.
